"The Dreaming" - четвертый альбом британской певицы Кейт Буш, выпущенный в 1982 году. "The Dreaming" стал первым альбом, который Кейт спродюссировала самостоятельно, достиг третьей позиции в чарте альбомов Великобритании и получил статус серебрянного.
Альбом был встречен неоднозначными оценками критиков. Первый сингл, "Sat In Your Lap", вышедший за год до альбома, достиг 11 позиции в чарте Великобритании, последующие синглы ("The Dreaming" , "There Goes a Tenner", "Suspended in Gaffa", "Night of the Swallow") в Британский топ 40 не попали.
Несмотря на не очень выдающиеся продажи альбома, это был первый альбом Буш, попавший в американский чарт Billboard Top 200.
