Он играл на басу и на обычной гитаре до 1993 года, но потом пересел за ударные, хотя и сыграл еще однажды на гитаре - альбом For All Tid группы Dimmu Borgir.Под названием Requiem Galder и Tjodalv издали первое демо в 1993, все вещи были свои и инспирированы популярным тогда death metal.
