What will it take for you to learn, that all your actions are coupled with reactions?
You might not see it now.
You're right to hold your standards high.
But when the others just miss, it is right to dismiss?
They're trying as hard as you.
Won't you cut them a little slack or stand and watch them choke?
What gives you the right to cut them down, 
When they're reaching for the same stars as you are?
Tear down your walls.
You're not keeping anyone, from entering your city limits.
The tide is rushing in, as the ocean greets your shores, and you become an island.
What goes around comes back around.
Hope what you put forward is everything you hoped for.
It pays ten to one in time.

And when it stops spinning, you'll find that you've been living all alone, nowhere to go.
