Black And Shadows started their journey in 1990. Their foremost goal was to dwell in the void created by the razorsharp, screachy guitars, whilst hanging on to the rhytm generated by the machines. Most of the time the band consisted of two people, who decided to bring forth their ideals of minimalism. Those two individuals were Roma (bass guitar, vocals) and Viher (guitar, vocals, lyrics). At some time, graced by the sound of synthesisers, they wandered to warmer, 4AD areas, then they jumped into fiery chasm filled with chaos coming from two guitars, to finally end up in the deep underground. In 1992, the band entered the ARP Studios in Stettin, and began to record altered states of their minds, a process which finally became known as a K7 "Poszukaj Swojego Cienia" ("Seek Your Own Shadow"). In October 1992 they toured with the french duo L.V.3S., then Black And Shadows tried to wallow even deeper into the abyss, thus recording a second K7 with live material. But, it became so, that they separated their ways, and the band was no more. All that remains to this day is their sound, resting in the most dark and twisted place - a place of Black And Shadows.
