Life in the small town of Togliatti in Russia for these two artists has always been associated with music, even in the childhood days as Dj Maxsie was gathering greatest hits albums and Alex Speaker was playing in a rock band.
Fasting forward to 2005 when the EDM boiled style of Electro House was on its rise, Dj Maxsie started playing in clubs in his hometown and Alex Speaker meanwhile smoothly flowed into club life.
It was during these years they separately started to write their own music and at the end of 2007 they met through a mutual friend. They quickly realized their interests coincided and they decided to fully collaborate as a duo.
In just 3 collaboration years Dj Maxsie & Alex Speaker managed to earn a good grade and first support from such great names as Sean Tyas, Lazy Rich, Cold Blank, Roy RosenfelD, Costello, Signal Drivers and many others.
Their first release "Electric shock" successfully launched in Luxembourg on Noobish Records, and the second in the U.S. (California)"Indian Ride EP" shocked many Djs residing in this country and opened many doors for them.
It was matter of time before some of the top labels gave them opportunities to showcase their mixed blend of Electro and Progressive, remixing and releasing original music successfully, this also opened the doors to get residencies in Russian clubs where they continue to impress with their sets.
