As a young teen, Eldorado Red was a bit too much for his family to handle, so he was sent to live with his grandmother in Alabama. During his time in Alabama, the dirty south genre of music burst onto the scene and Eldorado Red quickly caught on to the style of his down south counter parts. He became the only member of his crew with the lyrical ability of an East Coast M.C. but blended and delivered with a Down South Influence …..
