The Mermaids Of The Lipetsk Shed - это альтернативная группа из Липецка, которая в своём звучании взяла за основу звук сиэтлской волны начала 90-х, сдобрив это всё хорошенько длинными соло, которые относят прямиком в эпоху всеобщей психоделической любви. Группа образовалась в сентябре 2009 года. В начале февраля 2010-го года вышел дебютный EP с дэмо-записями. В сентябре этого же года выходит сингл Garage Heat/Kim The Drawer.
6 октября 2011 года вышел дебютный альбом под названием Caldera.

The Lipetsk shed has appeared a place where guitar power of 90’s has met mystical sounding of 60’s and has addressed in a love potion, ready to fascinate your pragmatic reason and to chain it to the melodies of mermaids attractive, as calling you in the embraces the chasm. So allow itself to be wrecked and plunge into the world of astrolizer guitar solo and storming rhythms, the world in which laws of existential guitar harmonies unknown to you operate hitherto.
The Mermaids Of The Lipetsk Shed - an alternative band from Lipetsk, which, in its sound has a sound basis for the Seattle wave of the early 90’s, it’s all properly seasoned with long solos that relate directly to the psychedelic era of universal love. The group was formed in September 2009. Then the group were: Daria - Bass Guitar, Alexander - Vokals End Guitars, Constantine - Drums. In early February of 2010 the band released their debut EP with demo recordings. All songs were recorded on the first take, live for half an hour.
In September the same year comes the single Garage Heat/Kim The Drawer. After that the group goes drummer Constantine and his place comes Ivan Sablin, who has already spoken to the group as a session drummer on-site concerts.
