Jump - четвёртый и последний сингл с альбома «Confessions on a Dance Floor», который был выпущен 31 октября 2006. Сингл стал №1 в Венгрии и Италии, а также вошёл в ТОП-5 в Финляндии, Испании и Дании. В UK сингл добрался до №9.

Клип на песню снял Jonas Åkerlund. Заканчивая мировое турне The Confessions Tour в Японии, Мадонна осталась в Токио, где прошли съёмки клипа. Стилист Мадонны - Энди Ле Компте - сделал платиново-белый парик, в котором певица ходила 2 дня. Видео снято в сотрудничестве с мастером паркура — Себастьяном Фуко, который широко известен в Токио. По сценарию Мадонна танцует на фоне Токио, а Себастьян показывает трюки паркура. В финальной части Мадонна делает сальто.
