The silent time before the eyes

Tree rings say, “Nice decay.”

Tall silent dripping trees
It’s humid near Wet Sea
Find bright display of birds
To change appearance breeze
On thousand quaking leaves
Lush forest of the slope

Dig the roots in sand and mangrove shy
Unseen Land found here
Beneath bright sky
